Open AI Design Agent is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

The service

The service is an AI design agent: you submit a natural-language brief and the agent plans a set of creative deliverables, selects image or video generation models, generates the assets and presents them in an editable canvas. Generation is performed by MuAPI and third-party models it orchestrates; results vary in quality and may contain errors, artifacts or unexpected content.

Your content and generated assets

You are responsible for the briefs and images you submit and for having the rights to use them. Do not submit material that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful. You are responsible for reviewing generated assets before any commercial use, including checking for trademark, likeness and other third-party rights. AI output can resemble existing works; we make no guarantee that any generated asset is unique or free of third-party claims.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create deceptive, infringing, harassing or otherwise unlawful content, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or use it in a way that imposes unreasonable load. Generation consumes paid model capacity provided by the operator; we may limit or suspend access to keep the service available.

No accounts, no payments on this site

This deployment has no user accounts and takes no payments. Access may change, be limited or be discontinued at any time, including as part of a future pricing step.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it (which, for this free deployment, is zero).
