Open AI Design Agent is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service handles and how it is used.

What the service does

You describe a design brief in the chat interface, optionally upload reference images, and the agent plans and generates creative assets (images and videos) for you. The service has no user accounts and no sign-in, and we do not ask for payment information on this site.

Information we process

Your briefs, chat messages, session history and any images you upload are sent through our server to MuAPI, the generation platform that runs the design-agent pipeline and the underlying image and video models. Uploaded reference images are transferred to the storage location MuAPI provides for that purpose so the models can use them as references. Generated assets are produced and stored by MuAPI and are shown back to you in your session. Like most websites, our servers keep standard operational logs (such as IP address, timestamps and pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we do not store ourselves

This deployment keeps no database of its own: sessions, messages and assets live on MuAPI under the service account that operates this site, not in a BookAI Studio database. We do not sell personal information. Please do not put personal or sensitive information (such as private photos of other people, payment details or health information) into briefs or uploads.

Sharing

We share data only with the processor needed to run the service: MuAPI (agent planning, image and video generation, and asset storage). Operational logs stay with our hosting infrastructure.

Your choices

Because we hold no account or content database for this service, there is no profile for us to export or delete; sessions you create exist on MuAPI under the operating account. If you have a privacy question about content you submitted here, contact BookAI Studio and we will help remove the session where we are able to.
